    Franklin is purty. I love that kind of not-quite-stripey look. And pointy ears.

    He also has the prettiest eyes and is smarter than a dog has the right to be. He can open the bathroom door and the refrigerator and peed on a crappy (house)painter one time. We should have listened.

    “What” is Franklin? He looks a little like an Australian Cattle Dog, but it’s kind of hard to tell.

    Sheila, we have heard a few things. But our assumption at this point is an Australian Cattle Dog / Catahoula mix.

    He’s more of a knock you out of the way kind of guy, but he is also capable (and pleased) to wash every inch of your face.

    Does Jasper often lean against you real hard? The only Staffie I knew used to do that. He felt as muscular as a shark, and it kind of disinclined a person to try and dislodge him.

    I have definitely met pits that do that. every once and a while he will knock up against a leg or something trying to get out the door, but he’s not too much of a dick about it.
