		<description>I love the rain.  This is the best summer (weather-wise) I&#039;ve ever had. If I thought it would stay like this, I&#039;d plan to live here forever. But this is likely the last wet year Texas will have; after this, it will be unbearably hot and dry and dead. And that&#039;s my glass half &lt;i&gt;full&lt;/i&gt; prediction.

		<description>I think our normal year-to-date here in Dallas is about 18 inches, and we are at 32 now. It really sinks in to me when I consider that I have not yet turned on a water sprinkler all year! I have lived here for &lt;i&gt;many&lt;/i&gt; years and I don&#039;t remember that ever happening.
