		<description>It doesn&#039;t matter what they name it. Chinese food &lt;i&gt;over there&lt;/i&gt; is different than Chinese food &lt;i&gt;over here&lt;/i&gt;. Almost anything that still has a face on it is considered pretty good eats in China, at least in the south. Stick with the vegetable dishes if you prefer to avoid adventure when dining there.

And good luck with the way people drive. If you take a taxi, &lt;i&gt;do not open your eyes -- don&#039;t do it!&lt;/i&gt; I&#039;m serious.
