Benjamin A. Gifford (1859-1926) was one of Oregon’s premier commercial photographers in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. This installation features selections from the extensive Gifford collection housed at the Oregon Historical Society, combined with a text by William H. Hall from The National Geographic Magazine of August, 1920.
