Chavez: Camilla “not as attractive” as Diana

Mr Chavez, who recently lost a referendum that would have allowed him to remain president for life, also picked out his friend Fidel Castro, the Cuban president, as the best-dressed world leader.

“His uniform is impeccable. His boots are polished, his beard is elegant,” he said.

Asked if he would be prepared to pose topless like President Vladimir Putin of Russian, Mr Chavez joked: “Why not? Touch my muscles!”
