it gives me a sinking feeling. I'm thinking of putting signs up in Dallas that say, if you voted for him twice, don't vote this time.

ditto.

BUT, if Americans are stupid enough to think that Bush was an aberration rather than a logical byproduct of the Republican party...and decide to elect a Republican again....

There's only one good thing I can think to say about any Republican these days, and it's this: If John McCain were elected president, I wouldn't feel the need to shoot myself in the head.

I've found it amusing that every speech I've seen McCain make, his sound system was on the fritz.

Hey. Romney did pretty good in Utah. How could I have predicted that?

Ron Paul is well supported in states where most of the population lives in log cabins with underground bomb shelters out back.

Based on early election returns tonight, some random observations:

Huckabee's victories are a good indicator of states in which I would not enjoy residing, or maybe even stopping and asking for directions.

Romney's win in Massachusetts kind of underlines his lack of real depth as a serious candidate. Thanks for throwing some dough around, Mitt.

McCain's wins just about everywhere else mean the eventual Democratic candidate will run against a Republican who is probably more concerned about his next bowel movement than he is about dynamic leadership.

Hillary, or Obama? Yes.
