It had never occurred to me till now to see these ‘living history’ events as art installations. Barry, you have given me some ideas that will probably lead me into trouble. Thank you.
I use a 50mm lens which offers a “normal” view on the camera I used for this image and the one I use most often. I have another zoom lens (28-90 lens whcih is pretty terrible), and rent exotic focal lengths for jobs, but for my personal work I often prefer a prime lens (no zoom). This lens is a Canon f1.4, 50mm. I use a 80mm on the Mamiya 7 which is also normal. And a point and shoot Canon. Weekly Picture 107 was taken with that camera which has a slightly wider angle lens. I didnt post that one on Clusterflock due to my disorganization.
