    Sigh. Tell me about it. I love good food but can’t be bothered to prepare it.

    I like cooking too, but I don’t mind cooking for one. I make larger portions and eat for the rest of the week. If I have too much, I freeze it.

    The effort of cooking is well worth once you savor the food. I have started using a slow cooker and it’s really nifty. I did a goulash in it last week and it took about 7 hours to cook.
