The imagery and music of this video had a huge impact on me when I was a teenager. It was one of the first times I realized that art and music would save me.

    Perfect, Amy — both in light of its being a great song and video and in light of its relevance to this little bit of Bowie mess here this afternoon (the references within “Ashes to Ashes” to Bowie’s own old hit “Space Oddity”)!
