    He’s rather handsome.

I see a little Richard Gere in the second one.

What booth are you working in the second one?

Welcome good sir. I too have a memorial to M & M’s in my basement. This was something that I held close to my chest until now.

Thank you for giving me strength!

Basement? Are you kidding me, that’s my foyer.

I was hoping to find that was a picture from your job at the M&M Museum and Outlet Store.

Wine and M&Ms–one of my favorite vegetarian combinations.

You look like you could be related to the other Michael Smith. I’m getting the feeling we’ve been infiltrated somehow.

Hi, Michael. Welcome aboard. You remind a bit of my nephew, though that top photo might almost scare me in a manner which Sheila would understand.

Oh, Cooper, if it is that to which you refer, I’d say that Michael has a long way to go before he’s there. (That is what you meant, isn’t it, Cooper?)

That face from the past, yes. But there is indeed something about the upward angle of this photo, with the shadowy face and the brilliant blue behind, which suggests a sort of similar menace. . .

Not, Michael, that this has anything directly to do with you or is meant to give you fear or trepidation.

well yes, Richard Gere in stance, glance was my first thought too and this menacing blast from the past has me all agog

“You look like you could be related to the other Michael Smith. I’m getting the feeling we’ve been infiltrated somehow.”

Cindy, there’s no way either of those two subjects could be considered a bad thing. I’m sure you didn’t mean them to be anything other than compliments.

Michael, Michael, not to worry. The chances of a transformation into that are . . . Well, I’m not a mathematician, so what do I know of statistical probabilities? Just try to forget that anyone mentioned anything about it.

Thanks Michael, that was sweet [blushing]. Welcome, and try not to confuse me.

Confuse you??? Twice now I’ve seen a comment posted by Michael Grant Smith and thought, ‘Did I write that?’

  16. Michael Grant Smith on March 9th, 2008 at 8:42 am

Every girl’s dream — to be the meat in a Michael sandwich.

    I didn’t write that.

  17. Sheila Ryan on March 9th, 2008 at 9:07 am

    A loose-meat Michael sandwich?

  18. Michael Grant Smith on March 9th, 2008 at 9:21 am

Looseness is a key element of the recipe, yes.
