the time is imprecisely twelve o’clock
‘It’s about time’ gives a rough account of the time using words to give a true reflection of how people view time.

Everytime I see this I look at my real clock and say, ‘damn!’
Shoot. Normally it’s Deron but this time you beat me to the punch.
I need mine to say, “It’s later than you think, Amy”.
Useless but funny. I like the option of precision, if this offers such a thing with a switch to ‘almost’time, it’d be great <3
Reminds me of a character who made a brief appearance (one panel, I believe — two, at the most) in one of Harvey Pekar’s “American Splendor” comics. A fellow who worked down in one of the hospital’s subterranean places, shipping-and-receiving or some such. Mornings, no matter the precise time, he’d answer the telephone, “Fo’ noon.”
