Rats from an infested house are being trapped and offered as pets. It’s not as great as it sounds. The rats had been purchased to feed snakes that ended up malnourished while the house was overrun. Instead of poisoning the rats, the rats are being captured and offered for adoption.
“They’re very smart, they’re very clean, they can do tricks,” Price said. “They’re like little miniature dogs.”
