Cat Under Glass

No animals were harmed in the making of this image: Timmy voluntarily explored a glass dome that was lying on its side on a table. He didn’t get stuck and seemed delighted to be carried around in it. I think he thought it was a new kind of paper sack, and he always gets into bags and boxes when the opportunity arises. We have now decided that his middle name should be Laika.

New Timmy, yes? The kitten? Timmy has star quality.

Yes, this is the new Timmy–he’s 4 1/2 months old. I plan to encourage his interest in domes, to the point that one of these days we’ll be able to shove his entire body into one, place it on a table, and photograph it. That will make me very happy.

[...] we’ve had a cat under glass and a feral bunny today, I reckon I may as well toss in this shot of one of the three skunk kits [...]
