Aaron, you and Daryl should go into business together. His fantasy amusement park is one where people can operate heavy machinery–bulldozers, cranes, and the like. Maybe you could combine the two, where the broken stuff gets carted away by a guy paying to drive the bulldozer.

A few years ago, I had an idea for an amusement business with a similar flavor. A small complex of rooms furnished with breakables and designed to be quickly “reset” are rented by a customer who is given a period of time during which she may destroy according to her desire. The price schedule is modular and quite flexible in order to accomodate a reasonable spectrum of destruction scenarios (similar, I would think, to a brothel or the like). For example, I would probably confine my destruction session to the bathroom because I think it would be very satisfying to smash a porcelain sink with a hammer. The insurance for the business will be ridiculous, but I think the demand for this sort of activity is such that it could be pretty profitable.
