		<description>It&#039;s easy: just re-grout. It only takes three years.

Seriously though. They make a tool that looks kind of like a toothbrush that curves down to a straight blade with a roughed-up carbide edge. You can run it along the grout lines and it will quickly remove the grout down to the level that it&#039;s clean. Then get some pre-mixed sanded grout (in a tub or in a tube, depending on how much you need), work it into the groves with a putty knife, then gently wipe it smooth with a damp sponge. After about four hours you can wipe it again (harder) to get the smears up. Then you need to let it sit for about another 20 hours and you can seal it.</description>
