A brief history of the mile high club
It all started in November 1916, albeit at a much lower altitude, when Lawrence Sperry, reportedly engaged in sexual activity with a woman, crashed his Curtiss flying boat into the water.

Does masturbation count? I was just wondering.
What about jerking someone off beneath cover of the New York Times on an Olympic Airlines flight between Rome and Athens?
“In October 1999 two passengers of an American Airlines flight from Dallas to Manchester were arrested after engaging in ’sex acts’ in front of other passengers in the business class section of the aircraft.”
Well, Dallas to Manchester is a long flight! (Is there a direct flight, or is there a change at Heathrow or Gatwick? Reckon at that point it would make little difference.)
Brandon,
You could be a Solo member……..
However when I’m on a plane all I want to do is get the flight over with and get off. Sex is the last thing on my mind, for once.
“Get the flight over with and get off.” If I had the wherewithal, I’d start an airline and that would be our slogan.
I’m thinking surely my Rome-Athens jerk-off qualifies. Yes. Where in the Mile HIgh Club rules and regs does it state that ‘penetration’ is required? Show me, and I will retract my claim.
it’s got to count for something!
Yes, surely it does! I mean, the deed itself was its own reward. I just don’t want it to go unacknowledged. I mean, for posterity’s sake. Well, let’s not talk posterity, if you catch my drift. Maybe let’s just speak of the historical record.
What about dry humping?
Get the flight over with and get off.
Reverse the order of that and you’ve got the slogan for the Mile High Club.
