“I Am the Walrus”

Deron’s recent letter to Jesus concerning the identity (or identities) of clusterflock commenter Jandek calls to mind statements made to the press in the wake of the recent alleged outing of Banksy. I summarize.

“Banksy is not my son. Banksy is not Robin Gunningham. Robin Gunningham is not my son. I have no son. I am not Pamela Gunningham.”

    I’m not sure about this whole Banksy outing. Sounds a bit fuzzy along the sides. I read that they spent a year researching it. There wasn’t much to show for.

    Banksy=robin Cunningham, don’t know.

    I just know, that just like Jesus, I love Banksy. Who doesn’t? W most probably.

    I really want to believe that the ostensibly revealed identity was carefully crafted by Banksy.

    I don’t believe in Elvis.
    I don’t believe in Zimmerman.
    I don’t believe in Beatles.

    I just believe in Banksy.

    And Jandek.
