   I’ve been wanting to read this book. Has anyone? Is it cheesy or worth the read?

   This looks (potentially) really good! Sweden has always seemed to me to be a good setting for a vampire story; during the winter with persistent darkness, during the summer with often creepier endless light, and (outside of Stockholm) a remoteness throughout that signals that help probably isn’t coming…

   Alas, when it shows here, it will be in Swedish with Dutch subtitles. Would be good if I knew either language better than I do.

   Yes, yes. Film trailers can deceive, but this does look promising. Of course, I’m a sucker, so to speak, for vampire films.
