R.I.P Nagasaki

Japan, Nagasaki,

His left hand points to the direction of the blast and his right hand points to where death came from.

63 years ago today Nagasaki burned and 75,000 people perished with one bomb.

    This is a powerful sculpture; I have looked at it for several minutes here. Thank you for posting it. It shows the strength of body that is no match for the will to burn from afar.

    I’ll be back in Nagasaki on Tuesday. I’ll be sure to visit the Peace Park but I doubt I could handle the Museum again.
