In fact, I kinda want to do this on my scooter.

This is the way cars get tattooed.
Have you ever seen the way a disc with black and white sections can be spun–and you see colors? I bet this car does that at 200 mph.
The more I look at the details, the more I appreciate the whole effect.
I don’t think it would work on a Ford Escort, though.
