The Trachtenburg Family Slideshow Players – Mountain Trip
“Odd birds” does not begin to describe these folks. You have to see them live to really get it, I think. They play songs choreographed to old slide shows, scavenged or bought, from the 50s, 60s and 70s.
Obviously, they are based in Brooklyn.

Also, this is amazing and I love it very much.
When they were in St. Louis the whole band needed a place to stay but my roommate nixed the idea before I could invite them over. I was pretty bummed about it.
