- At this hour, the Dow is up sharply.
I can’t even pretend to understand this stuff anymore.

Imaginery apocalyptic prediction: Three weeks from now Sister Palin may be governor of one of the few states where more people will know how to feed themselves than don’t.

A lot of Eliot quoting going on. Pelosi said that Paulson suggested that the “crisis” came in on little cat feet–but it looked like she hadn’t slept all week.
Um, I think little cat feet is a reference to Sandburg.
It is all an elaborate version of Punk’d. I really can’t wait to see Warren Buffet’s face at the end of the ep, it’ll be hilarious!
