    Expectations were built so low that anything short of Palin tripping and knocking out both front teeth on Biden’s crotch was bound to leave her ilk doing victory signs with fingers, toes and legs. She answered her questions and winked; that’s enough for people who hoped not to see thoughts getting in the way of progress.
