The Poetry of Sarah Palin
Hart Seely over at Slate had the odd idea of arranging sections of Palin interviews into poetical form. For example:
“You Can’t Blink”
You can’t blink.
You have to be wired
In a way of being
So committed to the mission,The mission that we’re on,
Reform of this country,
And victory in the war,
You can’t blink.So I didn’t blink.
(To C. Gibson, ABC News, Sept. 11, 2008)
UPDATE: MGS, apparently, beat me to the punch on Monday (I was sick, unwired, and watching the best of terrible TV, Gossip Girl. What’s your excuse?)

MGS posted on Monday, I think, but brilliant.
So he did.
Worth looking at twice, although now I don’t sleep so well.
