Good Lord, is MY website going to be a big, fat, flying Lincoln Continental that once launched, will break apart in mid-air?

You know, it seems to me that someone didn’t address the issue of aerodynamics!
Some cars are born to fly; others are made to fly.

I remember this. I didn’t see it but I do remember the disappointment people felt. Seeing the video after all these years, I find it hard to imagine that anyone even then believed it was possible: the ‘rocket car’ so obviously designed for collapse and not a singular flight.
Looks like the helicopter made the jump right there at the end. Maybe he shoulda used one of them instead.
