    it’s the new canon 5d, the latest version of the camera Barry shoots with, and also shoots true high definition video. I’ll post some video from the camera in the coming days; suffice it to say, the video quality it provides is stunning.

    Sweet, Deron – new toys are always good and new cameras are even better. I don’t own a digital camera, but, what always amazes me is how intuitive the metering systems are.

    Of course the camera is only the camera, one has to see. You see beautifully.

    What is amazing about the upper shot is how much the shadows (and the depth of the shadow in general) reshape your face. When I first saw it, I wondered if it was Jackie–not because you look Jackie’s age (you don’t!), but because of the shape of the highlighted bones.
