    Now wait a second. I thought “the tri-state region” was NY, NJ, CT.

    ‘Tis confusing, Frank. I’d have done better to refer to The Nation’s Preeminent Tri-State Region.

    A visitor to East Dubuque, Illinois is not only a mere stone’s throw from Dubuque, Iowa, but a short drive from:

    Hanover (Illinois), the Mallard Capital of the World and site of the world’s largest mallard duck hatchery, and

    Dickeyville (Wisconsin), home of the DIckeyville Grotto.
