Obama did say “induce terror” or some such thing. But Bush also said “terror” 6 times in addition to the 16 terrorists.
an advocate of the devil would probably point out that the inaugural address and the state of the union have slightly different purposes (ie. yakking about the future v. kvetching about the present). that being said, it is highly unlikely that obama’s sate of the union will be a mad lib sprinkled with terror and terrorists like bush’s was.
