The last time I was under anesthesia, the nurses informed me afterward that I kept babbling, “I didn’t kill him! I just watched him die!” Over and over.

Been there, too. Did the colonoscopy thingy not so long ago. If Danny’d taken video of me in the car…? The day before was the worst bit.
After, Danny took me to breakfast at Chubby’s. I remember being there, don’t remember what I ate, but I was HUNGRY. Maybe sausage biscuits and gravy? I vaguely remember eating all day. He took good care of me.
