Our fellow 'flocker Vin Reddy, he knows all about Lambert's. He knows it's good. He grew up 'round there. Lambert's is good because they do really and truly <em>throw</em> rolls. The waiters entrusted with throwing rolls are mostly guys on the high-school baseball team. They don't miss. They don't lob you in the eye. Lucy’ll eat catfish. We got that straight.
