facts are boring and undermine my reality

Most of the comments coming in to the Crisis of Credit video posted by Christopher Walken are just fine. A few people, however, are having a hard time understanding why their favorite Fox News talking points are nowhere included.

So I can stop deleting comments that blame the current economic meltdown on Carter, Clinton, Chris Dodd, Barney Frank, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, low-income or minority borrowers, and the Community Reinvestment act, I offer this educational opportunity.

Have fun!

Are you suggesting I should use information to form my opinions?

I’d apologize for posting that video and creating extra work for you, but I wouldn’t mean it. I’m glad it’s led to this post about using facts to better understand the world around us.
