Won’t someone please sing “Happy Birthday, Deron Bauman” in the manner of Marilyn Monroe singing “Happy Birthday, Mr. President” to JFK?
If I were to call him up and sing, he would probably run screaming into the chilly Oak Cliff night.
For some reason, I expect him to be running only in his boxers (I always assumed Deron to be a boxers man).
Oh, and happy birthday.
Cooper, I think if you ditched your customary Ivorian baritone for a delivery in the breathy Monrovian vein, I’d hitch up a pair of boxers and run shrieking into the night.
I think maybe Amanda Mae could manage it, however.
The breathy Monrovian singing, I mean.
Feliz cumpleaños, Señor Bauman.
Happy Birthday, Deron!
Birthday illumination for Deron.
I’m always getting signed up for stuff around here and then showing up to the party late. I only sing in the radio lab when there’s a song on and my mic is off.
Also, Deron, wonderful. Happy birthday.
Many Happy Returns.
To be sung in an East Texas twang:
“Hitch up yer boxers
And ride a fallin’ star.
Git off yer hiney
And git here in the car.
We’re goin’ down where
All the cool folks are
Singin’ to Deron Bauman.”
Happy birthday Deron. 40 is a good age.
Now I wish I’d bought the birthday card I saw yesterday depicting a be-glittered squirrel.
Happy Birthday, Deron!
Also, happy birthday, deDEEronronron deDOOronron.
Late to the party, which is my style!
Happy Birthday, Deron
De-licious, de-lovely De-RON! Happy birthday!
Enjoy your day! It’s all hypertension and BPH from here on out!
thanks y’all.
Err…I see I’m a day late, but Happy Birthday!
I believe the rule is that all privelages of Birthdays are applied to any day a person wishes you a happy birthday. That means you can each as much cake as you’d like again today.
I’m five days late, but happy birthday nonetheless! I’ll look into recording and uploading my birthday song to Clusterflock tonight. (It’d be mighty suspicious for me to sing here from my desk at work. Especially the day back from a week’s vacation.)
