A Haiku

“Our iPhones sail past
the poor and starving, yet still
we blame the pirates.”

I thought that was tragic and beautiful.

Originally here. I found it here.

    Is this for real?

Kill the Pirates, wipe them off the face of the earth, then kill their families!!

Mike, always good to hear your thoughts, I think!

Should we kill them humanely or as painfully as possible? Perhaps a different treatment for the Pirates as they are not as nice, I assume.

Dead is dead……… Doesn’t really matter how you do it as long as there dead.

I can’t stand bloody bleeding heart liberals who go on about the poor African’s. I’ve worked there, on and off over the past 10 years in East and West Africa and no amount of money or western aid will ever change that continent. Several nuclear bombs woud change it though and all for the better.

Perhaps I’m a bleeding heart liberal, but I have trouble writing off an entire continent.

Mmmmmm, Mike, isn’t that tarring everybody with the same brush, or something like that?

Well, Phil, as to the piratical angle, you know, baby pirates grow up to be pirates, so you might as well drown them like kittens. Or spear ‘em on pikes. Or bayonet ‘em. Whatever’s to hand and gets the job done.

Could you say the same thing about investment bankers?
