clusterflockstock
As may or may not be apparent, about fourteen of those who contribute to clusterflock will be meeting in North Texas this weekend for a real-world get together. Most of us have never met in person and those of us who have haven’t necessarily met the others. Or whatever. The main thing is, we’re really looking forward to it. The irony is, we really won’t have internet access, so, posting will be left to those who, sadly, won’t be able to attend, and Christopher Walken.

Oh yeah. I should probably finish packing and go to bed.
You could post pictures later, at least. Especially the incriminating.
I have a sneaking suspicion that Sheila and her gang of Renner, Phil and Lucy are planning some horrible things, knowing that I will not be available to stop them. Things like discussions of fucking 19th century literature and lame pop music of the 60s and 70s. As much as it hurts me to say this about friends, I honestly wouldn’t put it past them to deliberately misplace apostrophes.
Listen, y’all. I might not be watching, but Yves and Jacques are keeping a 72-hour vigil. I’m just sayin’.
Oh you mean, this Yves, Cindy? Hey Yves dear, say hello to Cindy. You remember Cindy, don’t you?
Oui, un petit peu. Salut, Mme Cindy.
You see, Cindy, we’ve already met Yves and Jacques. Everything is ok. You go and enjoy yourself at Flockstock.
Oh. My. God.
Deron, I might not be there after all. They’re plotting against me. They have Yves, for chrissakes.
You can’t fool me for one second, Miss Lucy. This is code. Yves would never say “un petit peu” in any context, especially one involving me. Everything is large to Yves, especially his hands.
Don’t make me Guantanamo Bay your asses.
Giggle giggle, mais oui giggle, giggle.
Surely you mean Yve’s
Et tu, Brute? Why dost thou foresake me?
G’iggle.
I really wish I could be there, but the school I teach at is graduating the 8th graders Saturday night and I have to be there. I have pretty much the whole summer available though.
I hope this isn’t about Shake Russell. Well, enjoy if it is.
