A good gas grill can get up to 700+F, which is closer to a real pizza oven, so the crust comes out so much better than when using a regular home oven to made pizza.
What you’re looking at is roasted garlic, basil and turkey pepperoni on the left and right and fresh basil and roasted peppers in the middle.
I’m looking forward to trying some variations in the near future….

We also trying Tandoori Chicken on the grill tonight (celebrating our Indian-American Heritage, if you will.) I’ll report back on how this turns out.
Vin, this looks/sounds fabulous. Report out tomorrow, OK? Don’t forget.
Oh my. Must try that.
