The tandoori turned out quite well.  We used my mother-in-law&#039;s recipe (more closely guarded than Colonel Sanders, unfortunately.)

I think the next step will be to try Tandoori Pizza.....</description>

A good gas grill can get up to 700+F, which is closer to a real pizza oven, so the crust comes out so much better than when using a regular home oven to made pizza.  

What you&#039;re looking at is roasted garlic, basil and turkey pepperoni on the left and right and fresh basil and roasted peppers in the middle.

I&#039;m looking forward to trying some variations in the near future....</description>
