		<description>I have sure wondered about this too, Coop. One theory I have is that Obama is having to walk a fine line with respect to domestic rebellion. A very small percentage of the population can do lots of damage, and I wonder if he worries that the definite appearance of a purge of the prior party might push the nut cases into action. In my view--even if that is a possibility doing nothing is itself ultimately reprehensible. Standing up for the rule of law is never easy when it&#039;s the powerful who are breaking it, but don&#039;t stand up for it and bad times will soon begin to look like the good old days.</description>
