Really? I wonder what she will say when a defendant agrues that he couldn’t be guilty because the universe was only created last week, and the crime is alleged to have occured the year before.
Imagine–a person working as a judge who has no real sense of rules of evidence. Shouldn’t this be enough to have her removed? Would you feel comfortable in a court presided over by a person who killed a chicken and looked at the guts while trying to rule on a point of law?
