This is my point when I'm discussing it with friends and colleagues who don't think we should have it. Hell, it's not even my country, I only live here and I'd pay the extra tax to support the health bill, and you know what? It's probably work out cheaper than the premiums I'm paying to the insurance company anyway. My thoughts exactly.
