Sugar can alter your DNA?
A study on the genetic impact of eating sugar that should be accompanied with Hitchcock knife screeching music.
Eating a single chocolate bar might cause harmful genetic changes or mutations that could have serious effects on your DNA, changes that could last for up to a couple of weeks.

Fuck. That’s a really heavy way of saying ‘sugar is bad for you’.
It’s even worse than that:
“poor eating would amplify the effect, with genetic damage lasting months or years, potentially passing through bloodlines … to one’s children.”
If true, you could be damning generations to come.
ok ok i get it. sheesh. buzz harshers.
Some day a study will come out about the pestilent effects of black pepper and my mother and I will die on the spot.
