I’ve dream of writing things before, but never heard words in my dreams without any context, I vaguely remember waking up and writing that down in the dark. The only explanation I have is that ultrasonic thingy that I got yesterday induced it. Though before I went to bed I was also complaining to Jess that I don’t have very vivid or long dreams anymore, and was asking her as a nutritionist if she had any nutritional advice about dream retention.
