The 1967-68s are from the same generation so they look similar except for details. In 1969, the car was redesigned once again, and the Mustang Mach I was introduced too.

My first car was a ’67 Chevelle—not as cool as, say a ’65 or a ’69—but it sounded great, had a metal dashboard, a big steering wheel, and an ugly aqua paint job. It was never the same after it was hit by a 16-yr-old in her mom’s station wagon a week after she got her driver’s license… I can still hear her mom lecturing me on the phone that the accident had to have been MY fault because her daughter just got a A in driver’s ed!
Incredible car, but so expensive these days. Almost impossible to buy, but still, love it in Bullitt
