I can recommend visits to corn mazes and pumpkin patches and viewings of The Shining. I can't recommend living a version of The Shining.

I love mazes and The Shining was my favourite movie of all time for a while, when I had a favourite movie. Which was when I saw The Shining for the first time. I’m looking forward to Paris. That will be a big maze.

We went to what is billed as the World’s Largest Corn Maze a few weeks ago and didn’t get lost either. Last week, or the week before, it was flattened by a wind storm.

The Iz had fun hiding in the corn and jumping out to scare us.
