looking up

Pittsburghdrawing122

Sometimes all you need to do is to go outside and look up for a moment.

If anyone is near Notre Dame, Indiana this month, 113 of my Pittsburgh drawings, first seen here on Clusterflock, are in a show at the Moreau Art Galleries, St. Mary’s College, opening this weekend. The show is called “Family Matters,” and will include work by my mother and (at least) two of my sisters.  I’ll have some electronic work installed there in addition to the drawings.

Very nice drawing. And a big congratulations on the ‘family’ show. That is really fine! Maybe you will post some photos from the show here?

Very groovy, Elizabeth. Every now and again I do get over to Indiana, so I will make a special effort to do so this month.

Oh, and I’m fixing to take your advice. I’m going outside and looking up.

Thanks, all. I’ll post pictures of the show when I get them… alas won’t be there in person to take them. Sheila, if your travels should happen to take you to St. Mary’s College, there’s nothing I’d like better than a picture of you in front of a wall full of Pittsburgh drawings.
