logic

The other day I got another $32,000 medical bill. So I did the only logical thing a person could do. I bought a used M3 on ebay.

Deron, we think alike! Perhaps my M2 could get together with you M3?

Fuck ‘em. I’ve done the same. The ratfuckers go away eventually. The joy of the things you give yourself linger.

They are beautiful even if you never take a photo with it. I often sit and just wind on – click. Wind on – click. Wind on – click. and repeat!

Oh my. Oh. my. That is so lovely.

Excellent idea. Spend your money on stuff you can hide under your coat when the bailiffs are moving in.

Oh Phil, I know that pleasure. The finest wind-on mechanism I ever played with was at a party once, I ran into an Olympus. I have no idea how good the camera was, but it sounded great.

    Keep fighting.

I would like to gather up all of your medical bills, Deron, and perform a 1960s-style ‘action’ on them: drench them in blood and then set them afire.

Not that it would halt your creditors, alas.

Lucy, I had a lengthy affair with an OM1 – the OM2 never really made the grade and constantly sulked at the attention showered on the OM1.

That is a sad story, Phil. Whatever happened to the OM2?

Lucy, the OM1 and 2 were the last cameras I sold – they were sacrificed for a Nikon F4 – I vowed to never sell a camera again in order to finance another. They were the sweetest of cameras and now the F4 sits patiently waiting for its time to return – it snuggles with an F5 which helps my guilt.

Yesterday I sold myself out to random websites in the hopes of winning a new Nikon DSLR. And I’m trying to convince myself that it’s an act of charity to give our Amanda Mae my current Panasonic, even if I’ll probably try to replace it in the next year.

So, what I’m saying is, I get it.
