I wonder if there's a past inside each of us, and we can look in a specific direction and see ourselves when we were little. Hey--wait a minute.... Anyway, what I can't figure is this: if we look at those earliest galaxies, and they are at that point several hundred million years old--could an observer be in a place that would afford a view of their birth? Of the initial moment of the Big Bang? How much do we have to create in order to see what we believe to be <i>there</i>? Birth memory. Doesn’t it mess with your head that you can look at Then and it’s right There and you can see it Now?
