So only the General Assembly of VA has the authority to decide who you can’t discriminate against in VA?
I’m going to start a gourmet restaurant inside the beltway, not serve Republicans, and then see how they feel about that.

I am a regular clusterflock lurker and Richmond, VA resident, I’d like to take this opportunity to say that Virginia really isn’t the scary place that McDonnell and Cooch would make it out to be.
