   Dude! I’m scheduled to arrive in Malta (via Rome’s airport) on May 3.

   Not sure if we’ll be there by then. If we are we’ll be living in a hotel. If you want a free trip maybe we can arrange to have you stow-a-way in our shipping container…

   I’ll be going by ship, except for a shortish flight at each end of the voyage. You will have to zip down to Malta for a weekend, once you’re set up in Rome, and I can be tour guide for you and Jess. I’m thinking I’ll be in Malta till the end of July?

   Wish we could go by ship. Maybe i’ll stow myself in our cargo. Should be there by July–you shoul stop by Rome on your way out if we can’t make it to Malta.

    P.S. re: Cindy’s “Y’all sure move a lot”: I moved seven times in 1997 (I think it was). But I never left Chicago.

    We’ll get a dog the second we hit Roman soil. Will have to see if dwelling has suitable pastures for a goat, if not we may just have to strap horns to the dog and pretend.
