Oil spill is more than skin deep

This video of Philippe Cousteau (son of Jacques) diving beneath the cloud of the oil spill is incredible:

One product of clusterflockstock today is this idea: crowdsource the solution to stop the spill with a tax-exempt award of $1 billion to be paid by BP. As Deron notes, we would have the solution tomorrow.
