third

Today our Macbook had its hard drive replaced for the second time in the 2 years we’ve owned it. That’s 3 hard drives in 2 years. Yet I don’t expect to be complaining about the quality of Apple products.

weird. Amy’s mini went kaput a month or so ago but it had been around for a long time. I still haven’t replaced the macbook I spilled a glass of water on.

I’m almost afraid to say it, but I have never lost a hard drive. Maybe you could replace the Mac drive with a solid state drive? I don’t know shit about such things.

Man, I have lost too many hard drives to count. Is there a black thumb those things?

The guy at the Apple store was very apologetic but he was probably just happy he didn’t get the guy asking why the ‘ringer off’ switch on his iPhone didn’t power the thing down.

I have friends who work at the Apple Store here in Saint Louis. They have stories.

I can imagine. In high school a pair of my friends worked at a computer shop and their favorite story was a person complaining that the cup holder on her computer was broken.
